Well once again, I have enjoyed my short time here on the WordPress. That 1,000 of you found what I write worthy of reading, at least one more time, is very humbling for a guy that considers himself to be not very bright, and not a very good writer with little to no grasp of the proper use of the English language.

Again, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for taking the time to read these simple words from a very simple-minded man. Blessings to each of you.

I am a frustrated writer and poet waiting to be discovered. A stand-up philosopher performing on a street corner near you. A Christian with questions but I don’t want to hear your answers. A Buddhist with a bumper sticker on my truck to prove it. A collector of quotes. A grower of lettuce. The Patron Saint of earthworms who name their children after me.     Keep it going! Love the Groucho quote – may we all have a sense of humor and not take ourselves too seriously as we write out our loves and joys and pain and hardships.

    Oh boy! You had 500 merely a few months ago! Wondrousity! ( i admit, at first i did think this was a post telling us you were taking a break and i was sad thinking, ‘what! i just got back!’ but good to know it is not and even better that the post is sharing what it is! i don’t know at what point I’m supposed to put the other bracket up, if i should have a sentence and a half ago or what, but i think i’ll place it nicely after this this ) 🙂 ( see, you’re not the only one that claims they know little about proper usage of the English language! )
