Trump: The victim

Doggie And Fleas

“My son Donald did a good job last night. He was open, transparent and innocent. This is the greatest Witch Hunt in political history. Sad!” – Donald Trump 3:19 AM – 12 Jul 2017

I tried, oh how I tried to stay-up last night and watch the interview of Donald Trump, Jr. by Sean Hannity on Fox News. I lasted about ten minutes. I made it up and to the point where Hannity said he was going to present a fair and balanced analysis and then began railing against the Democrats, Hillary Clinton and their “collusion” with the Ukraine government. Basically what Hannity was doing last night was ready, fire, aim, let’s see if we can move the target and make something, anything else stick other than this story. So far all the “real news” media outlets like Fox haven’t been successful in lessening the sting of the “Witch Hunt”. Why? Because this dog is covered in fleas, and we haven’t even gotten to the ticks yet.

It is a very interesting dynamic to watch the bully become the victim, but honestly both roles got Trump elected. What is more interesting to watch is what events occur that cause him to play the victim card. What I have noticed is he becomes the victim, blaming Obama, the Democrats, Hillary and “fake news” after an episode of his bullying has gone array or didn’t get the expected results.

What we hear from White House insiders is that Trump doesn’t understand why everyone doesn’t love him. That he yearns for validation, respect, adulation, worship, and to be taken seriously. We hear that he is a news junkie, watching all the news outlets religiously all day, everyday even though he won’t admit it. Remember his ongoing MSNBC Morning Joe tweets recently, “I heard poorly rated @Morning_Joe speaks badly of me (don’t watch anymore)” and then “Watched low rated @Morning_Joe for first time in long time. FAKE NEWS”. The bottom line is that Trump cares more about how he is perceived in the media than he cares about anything else in the world, including money. If you find that hard to believe, scroll through his Twitter account. The proof is in his thumbs.

“Why aren’t the same standards placed on the Democrats. Look what Hillary Clinton may have gotten away with. Disgraceful!” – Donald Trump 6:27 AM – 12 Jul 2017

Despite what Fox News tells us, or his merry band of Deplorables and Trumpets, to date, Donald Trump, as President of the United States has been a dismal failure, a train wreck. And the reason he can’t get anything done, the reason he can’t seem to get out of his own way, at least according to him is pick your poison, Obama, the Democrats, Hillary, “Fake News” ………… remember, he is the victim in all this.

And right on cue, just as they were reporting on MSNBC’s Morning Joe that Trump was holed up in the White House, hiding behind drawn curtains watching all the news programs while the White House staff puts on their life-vest as this administration sinks like the Titanic he offers this little gem; “The W.H. is functioning perfectly, focused on HealthCare, Tax Cuts/Reform & many other things. I have very little time for watching T.V.” – Donald Trump 6:39 AM – 12 Jul 2017. Yes, he is a narcissistic bully, but at least he is a predictable narcissistic bully.

“This place is a train wreck. POTUS can’t stop watching TV.” – Rogue POTUS Staff 6:54 AM – 12 Jul 2017

I agree- Trump is indeed a bully masquerading as a victim.

  2. Great insight on the Trumps. Also, what we overlook is this: you and I and most Americans do not lie. However, in the thin air of wealth which Trump and family inhabit, lying is an acceptable means to an end. They have become experts.
