A lie told often enough becomes the truth.

“A lie told often enough becomes the truth.” – Vladimir Lenin

Trump held one of his white people ego rallies in Great Falls, Montana last night covering his favorite themes namely how great he is and how despicable the Democrats, the Justice Department, the media, Hillary Clinton, Sen. Elizabeth Warren and Sen. John McCain are. He also, once again, praised Russian President Vladimir Putin while making very snide remarks about our own former President George H. W. Bush.

These speeches are filled with boast, half-truths and downright lies but still the white people cheer Trump on. But there is one lie he keeps repeating as he did last night and in Minnesota last month. It’s the lie that North Korea has returned the remains of 200 American soldiers. These were Trumps exact words in June: “We got back our great fallen heroes, the remains, in fact today already 200 have been sent back.”

Last month Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, speaking to the Senate Appropriations Committee, was asked repeatedly if the remains of U.S. troops killed during the Korean War had been returned. Now if anyone should know the answer to this question it would be Secretary Pompeo. His response when pressed for a definitive answer; “We have not yet physically received them.”

The Washington Post has created a section and devoted staff resources to fact checking Trump. They noted back in May 2018 that Trump has made 3,001 false or misleading claims since he has been in office, an average of nearly 6.5 claims a day. In my opinion The Washington Post is being to kind saying that they are false or misleading. I say call them what they are, lies.

Think about this for a minute, if the Dumb-ass in Chief is willing to lie about something as sacred as the remains of U.S. War Veterans what makes you think he isn’t willing to lie about Russian collusion or obstruction of justice? The reality is this, Donald J. Trump wouldn’t know the truth if it bit him on his fat white ass. Honestly, I think he is incapable of speaking the truth. Why tell the truth when a lie will do? Why tell the truth when a lie will make the white people stand-up and cheer for you?

Most Psychologist agree that pathological lying isn’t a clinical diagnosis but it can be a symptom of other issues, such as a personality disorder. I think most of us will agree that Trump is the poster child for personality disorders. Trump promotes and says what he wants to be true, what he decides should be true. It is what he has done his entire adult life and we have the books, the television interviews and the tweets to prove it.

There isn’t any doubt in my mind that Trump is not only a pathological lair but also a mentally unstable sub-human. No one with a shred of compassion or decency would speak about a man, dying of brain cancer, like Trumps talks about John McCain if he wasn’t mentally ill.

I recently stumbled upon an article about the 21 typical behaviors of narcissists. Let’s see if they sound like anyone we know;

  1. You are a bad sport.
  2. You constantly feel underappreciated.
  3. If you’re not grandiose, then you’re introverted, hypersensitive, defensive, and anxious.
  4. You think everyone else is stupid.
  5. You really like to swear at people.
  6. You are self-righteous.
  7. You feel justified in being mean to people.
  8. You enjoy leading others and telling them what to do.
  9. You are an entertainer.
  10. You hate having to feel emotions.
  11. You are likely young and male.
  12. You are regarded as attractive and dress better than other people.
  13. Instead of listening, you just wait to speak.
  14. You are a serial romantic.
  15. You cheat in relationships.
  16. People dump you after you’ve been dating for about four months.
  17. You put some people on pedestals.
  18. You like to put other people down.
  19. Your parents ignored and adored you.
  20. You choose your friends to look cool or take advantage of people.
  21. You always have to be in control.

I rest my case your Honor.

My first impulse was to question your source for “most psychologists agree,” but —
The bottom line for me personally is that you’ve just described many of my neighbors. Pathological liars? Check. Personality disordered? Check.
    Arguably sub-human? Check.
Dozens of in-person encounters with such people every day.
I have choices as to how to relate to them.

  2. My neighbors are all physically fit, mentally astute and morally straight specimens of humanity. My car is a $200,000 Bentley and I won this humongous silver belt buckle riding broncs. There ya go. I also lie my ass off….but I am not the POTUS. My lies do not determine America’s destiny.

  3. Well of course they are hot. Long-sleeved dresses buttoned up to the neck, long skirts with black stockings on their legs. I dated Sarah Ruth for years, she was always saying, “I’m hot.” Ran away with the carnival. You may have seen her…the bearded woman?

While I worry about the constant lies and misinformation that comes from the Potus, I worry far more about those that support him , no matter what. I have seen these cults of personality in history , from 1930’s Germany to Heaven’s Gate cult. The current climate reminds me of stories of Jim Jones cult and mass suicides. How are these people accepting more and more worse actions with acceptance? Hugs

I want to believe you’re right. And I lean in that direction, but I’ve been disappointed/surprised/frustrated on too many occasions to be “convinced.”

Mueller has simply GOT to throw his stuff out there!

        • Mueller just added more prosecutors from other states which tells me he wants to “spread” the Donald Trump prosecution wealth around and cover his ass in case he is fired. In the brains department Trump picks his with his finger and eats it. Mueller sets booger traps for Trump and Rudy to step in and talk about on Fox News. This shit is deep, but the sane people all knew that it was. What do I want? Nothing less than the ruin of the Trump name. When I see that smug face in paper 10 years from now it will mean failure. Sorry for the gross analogy 🙂

I hope so, but I am not so sure. I just read the list of guidelines erased by the DOJ posted on the night of July 4th. Horrible removal of guidelines for equal rights for everyone and a destruction of human rights over all. One of them erased, juveniles should not be placed in adult prisons. Another was , every person is due equal protection under the laws regardless of ethnic background. It really is sliding harder every day to a more apartheid state of white christian rule. I just barely got the right to marry my husband and we are in our 28th year together, soon starting our 29th. I really worry about losing that and other equal rights. Hugs
