Trump has run Jesus out of America

Prophet Trump

“Let me tell you. If Jesus Christ gets down off the cross and told me Trump is with Russia, I would tell him, hold on a second, I need to check with the president if it is true. That is how confident I feel in the president.” – Trump supporter Mark Lee

Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.

Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.

Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied.

Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy.

Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.

Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.

Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

“When I drink my little wine — which is about the only wine I drink — and have my little cracker, I guess that is a form of asking for forgiveness, and I do that as often as possible because I feel cleansed.” – Donald Trump

“I’m reluctant to comment on another person’s faith, but I would say it is hard to look at this president’s actions and believe that they’re the actions of somebody who believes in God. I just don’t understand how you can be as worshipful of your own self as he is and be prepared to humble yourself before God. I’ve never seen him humble himself before anyone.” – Pete Buttigieg

About ends and beginnings blog

I am a frustrated writer and poet waiting to be discovered. A stand-up philosopher performing on a street corner near you. A Christian with questions but I don’t want to hear your answers. A Buddhist with a bumper sticker on my truck to prove it. A collector of quotes. A grower of lettuce. The Patron Saint of earthworms who name their children after me. A cyclist whose big ass strains the seams of his Lycra bibs. I am American by birth, Southern by the grace of God. My goal in life is to leave an imprint on the lives of the people I love not a footprint on the earth. I am a son, a husband, a father composed of 65%-Oxygen, 18%-Carbon, 10%-Hydrogen, 3%-Nitrogen, 3%-Diet Coke and 1%-Oreo.

That Pete guy … I’d like him for this comment if for no other reason! 😄

What’s so disgusting is the Evangelicals could care less whether tRumpsky “believes” or not. In their minds he’s been “chosen by God” to bring about the Rapture and the establishment of “the Kingdom of God.” 🤢

Just what are these Evangelicals so very miserable about here and so completely incapable of enjoying this earth and all the wonderful things here including family and friends and the most fantastic scenery and wildlife, music and art, that they hope for and fantasize about the end times.

What misery and hopelessness do things pathetic people live with. Are they insane, brainwashed by their churches or just plain stupid?

  6. Mark Lee, and so many others like him, have gone so far off the rails, it is unbelievable. He trusts trump more than he does JESUS? Wow. Jim Jones would have loved you, Mark.
