Sniffy McAdderall says….

“Democrats are now the party of high taxes, high crime, open borders, late-term abortion, socialism, and blatant corruption. The Republican Party is the party of the American Worker, the American Family, and the American Dream!” – Trump tweet 1-9-20

If you saw Trumps national address Wednesday morning, a speech that Lindsey Graham said was comparable to President Ronald Reagan’s infamous “Tear down this wall, Mr. Gorbachev” speech you know there is something wrong with The Donald and for that matter Lindsey Graham. Besides slurring his words, being short of breath and sniffing 58 times while he read his 15 minute speech in a monotone voice Trump just doesn’t look healthy or sane. And whoever sprayed the orange paint on him for this occasion should be fired. It looked like a $29.95 Earl Scheib special (bonus points if you know who Earl Scheib is).

Shortly after his speech SniffyMcAdderall was trending on Twitter. It has long been speculated that Trump is an Adderall addict. I don’t know much about the drug other than it is typically prescribed for people with attention deficit disorder but I do know that it is an amphetamine and people abuse it by crushing the tablets and sniffing it hence the name SniffyMcAdderall.

Is Trump stoned on Adderall? Who knows but it would explain his manic behavior at his ego rallies, 3 am tweet storms, slurring his words, and the constant sniffing. So besides being narcissist, and a pathological liar we need to worry about him being a drug addict also. Great.

But the real reason I started this post was because of his Fox News talking points tweet above. As a Democrat, Trump and Sean Hannity claim that I support;

  1. High Taxes
  2. High Crime
  3. Open Borders
  4. Late-term abortions
  5. Socialism
  6. Blatant Corruption

And that Donald Trump and the Republican Party stand for;

  1. The American Worker
  2. The American Family
  3. The American Dream

Look at this list and think about Donald Trump being the savior, the standard bearer for the American worker and the American Family. Is he living the American Dream? In his mind sure he is. He is the most powerful, most important man in the world but he is also a member of the lucky sperm club. If it weren’t for his Dad’s money The Donald would have been just another used car salesman from Queens. You know it’s true.

But let’s start with the American worker, you and I have paid an extra $46 billion because of Trump’s trade war with China. That means our food is more expensive. The underwear and t-shirts we bought at Walmart are more expensive. The electronics and appliances we buy are more expensive. Now Trump claims that the American Workers income has increased by $5,000 since he became President so we can afford to pay an extra $46 billion. But like most “Trump truths” his facts come from both an unofficial and very shady source, The Heritage Foundation rather than say our own Treasury Department or the Federal Reserve.

As you can imagine polls asking “are you better off today” vary wildly and are split pretty much down party lines. Not a real surprise given how divided our country is and how divided Trump wants us to remain. But one of the hardest hit American Workers in Trumps trade war are the farmers. Remember Democrats support item #5 above, Trump has provided farmers with a $28 billion bailout. Think about that for a minute in the context of Socialism. Trumps bailout of farmers has cost the American taxpayer over two times as much as the 2009 bailout of Detroit’s Big Three automakers and those companies paid us back. There is no way in hell Joe Farmer and his 500 acres of soybean production can or will ever pay us back and guess what, more billions are headed his way.

Besides paying higher prices for items I am also experiencing another interesting dynamic because of Trumps China trade war, stuff that I ordered for Christmas is still sitting in China. Back in November I ordered two gifts. Both vendors assured me that the items would arrive before Christmas. One of the items was a custom order meaning no refund.

When I ordered both of these things I wasn’t thinking they were coming from China, I mean who thinks about that? But they are and both are still there. One item has been sitting in Fuzhou, China for 30 days. Hell I don’t know when it will get here. I get updates from the vendor like this; “Firstly, we are so sorry for the bad experiences you have to suffer. We just want to explain that those matters are hard to control so we really need your calm and your sympathy.” I love the “your sympathy” part.

Is the average Joe American Worker really better off? No, he thinks he is better off because a bunch of old white guys are running the show but in reality he is still shoveling the same shit he was shoveling when that black guy, you know the Muslim was President.

Is it even worth talking about Trump being a role model, and a champion of the American Family? Three times divorced, 25 allegations of sexual misconduct, payoffs to a porn star and a Playboy Bunny, “Grab ’em by the pussy. You can do anything” on tape. I know, what’s the point?

    I think one of the most disheartening things about all this is the fact that people actually BELIEVE him! No matter what he says or does, it’s A-OK with them.

    Along with it being “God’s Truth.”

    Truly … no cult could be more devoted to its leader.

  3. Yeah, I remember Earl Scheib too. Remember that guy named Hitler? He also told lies so often that good people began to believe it was truth.

  4. Please be careful that you don’t fall into using stereotypes. I’m an “old white guy” who gets a bit more liberal every year. (If there was ever a time to forbid immigration to the western hemisphere, it was 1492. Fortunately for me, nobody stopped my great, great, great, great grandfather from coming to the Pennsylvania colony. As for healthcare … if that isn’t part of “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness”, I don’t know what is. [Yes, I know that the framers of the Constitution used “happiness” to mean “property”, but I’m not a “constitutional originalist”.) I understand that a many of my contemporaries suffer from “hardening of the categories”, but many of us don’t.

    “Joe Farmer” is a bit disconcerting as well. My Dad was a farmer. My generation is the first in 7 generations of Americans in my paternal family to “leave the farm”. Of course, my Dad’s farm was a 60 acre dairy farm. That guy with the 500 acres of soy beans prefers to be called Mr. Joseph T. Farmer. (He has the same middle name as Smokey Bear.)

    In Massachusetts, one need not pledge allegiance to a party. Since 2008, the majority of Massachusetts voters are registered as “unenrolled”. We get to choose to vote in the (one) primary of our choice in each election cycle. I haven’t decided to vote against the “Executive enemies of the people” (Trump, Pence, Pompeo, and Miller) by voting for my favorite Democrat (Amy Klobuchar, at present) or my favorite fiscally conservative and socially liberal Republican ex-Governor (Bill Weld).

    I have to leave it to the citizens of their respective states to get rid of the “Congressional enemies of the people” (particularly McConnell and Graham).

    Looking back at what I just typed, I realized that it’s a bit of a rant. I’m not going to change it, but I will say “Flame Off”.

    • Terry all rant points well taken, I’m an “old white guy” myself who gets a lot more liberal every year. I am the 2nd generation off the farm (my Dad was the first).

      Yes old white guy, and Joe Farmer are stereotypes but in my neck of the woods , if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, it must be a duck wearing a MAGA baseball cap.
