Former White House aide to the Chief of Staff, Cassidy Hutchinson, gave damning testimony yesterday about Trump, and the Trump White House before, during and after the attempted coup d’état on January 6th. What we learned, and what the committee already knew is Ms. Hutchinson had a front row seat to the insanity taking place. Why was her testimony scheduled so hastily? She feared for her safety. Apparently, Trump world was “encouraging” her to be a team player. That is some scary shit for a 25-year-old to have to deal with and as a father it would be tough on me if I were her parent.

Throughout her testimony yesterday, Trump, using his poor man’s Twitter want-to-be platform “Truth Social” fired off all his “classic” deflection moves on her; she is bad news, a phony, an angry woman, a leaker, and my all-time favorite, I hardly know who this person is. Discrediting, and minimizing is what Trump does, hell it is what all old, “powerful”, white men do, but for Trump it is an art form and because he is also a sociopath it makes him a deadly idiot who only values his life and no one else’s. If he can convince a white trash horde to storm the capital, he can certainly convince some dipshit in Jacksonville, FL to make someone’s life miserable.

From the very beginning, Trump, Trump acolytes, Fox News and MAGA have attempted to minimize the events of January 6th. Remember all the antidotes and rationalizations they have offered, they were just tourists, it was really ANTIFA storming the castle, it was a staged FBI event or how about Nancy Pelosi was in charge of security. But what we are learning and honestly what we already knew is that January 6th was a planned and financed event. It didn’t just happen spontaneously; Trump was in on the plan.

Of all the things Ms. Hutchinson spilled yesterday, and a lot was spilled, Trump, Fox News, and MAGA have sunk their teeth into just two things, Trump throwing plates of food at the wall and grabbing his Secret Service detail by the throat to turn the vehicle around. Last night Hannity spent an hour on the second thing claiming the Secret Service denied it and would testify that it wasn’t true. What do you want to bet that never happens but it damn sure gave Sean something to preach to the sheep for an entire hour.

I think the House select committee has done a marvelous job telling the story. They aren’t dropping atomic bombs on us, they are using field artillery to soften their targets, and there are a lot of targets. And despite the “what me worry” exterior they are all trying to show I bet Mark Meadows, Rudy Giuliani, Matt Gaetz, Mo Brooks, Scott Perry, Andy Biggs, Louie Gohmert, Jim Jordan, John Eastman and a whole host of Trump bitches would love for this production to end. My guess is that it will end for some of those mentioned above but not before Trump has driven a bus over them. The atomic bomb is coming; the question is will it finally bury the orange piece of shit once and for all? Stay tuned.
