I guess this is a good thing….thank you

I have enjoyed my short time here on the WordPress. That 500 of you found what I write worthy of reading, at least one more time, is very humbling for a guy that considers himself to be not very bright, not a very good writer and a butcher of the English language.

As I have said in previous post, I will keep this up as long as I feel like I have something positive to share and some small population wants to continue to read. I am always looking for topics and writing prompts to stir the creative juices. If you have an idea or thought you would like for me to tackle please pass it on.

Again, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for taking the time to read these simple words from a very simple man. Blessings to each of you.

I am a frustrated writer and poet waiting to be discovered. A stand-up philosopher performing on a street corner near you. A Christian with questions but I don’t want to hear your answers.     Congrats on the 500 mark! Ok, so you asked for writing idea prompts…what would happen to your inner world if you dropped the thoughts: I am not very bright, not a very good writer and a butcher of the English language? Clearly, you are none of the above, or at least not the first two assessments. 🙂 My fav writers butcher the English language all the time, btw, because they are filled with emotion or very in tune with how people truly communicate with one another; slang, interjections, made up words, etc. Just sayin… Have a wonderful day friend!

      Thank you Ms. Stevens, you just warmed my heart. I say all that to keep my ego in check. A medium time I ago, my world consisted of how many boards I could be on, what names I could drop, was I being invited to the right balls. I lost sight of what was important, namely what was in front of me, beside me but most important inside me, my true self. Buddha helped me find it, I am responsible for not losing it again. There is more road behind me than in front me. I don’t want to get lost with the road that I have left. 🙂
